After his training at the Savoy, Churchill and Mayfair hotels, Stefano has been teaching patisserie for 10 years. A member of the Academy of Culinary Arts, he is a perfectionist and loves to encourage others to bake.
Under his guidance learn to make the light and airy Italian Genovese Sponge cake, his signature and customer favourite lemon tart, choux pastry for mini filled bigne, pasta frolla for a seasonal tart and frangipane tart and the amazing Venetian doughnuts with marsala cream custard.
Sit and enjoy alight lunch which Stefano will cook for you, a taster of the pastries and take the rest home.
